Our favourite, brand-new hotel in Muscat with friendly and fabulously friendly staff. Particularly good and awesome location in Muscat next to near to fuel station, and Orimi boulevard. Well furnished rooms and clean bathrooms.

The rooms at Maani Muscat Hotel & Suites are simply amazing! They are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. It felt like a home away from home.

While the rooms were equipped with a kitchen, it would have been great to have more cooking appliances available. But hey, who needs to cook when you're surrounded by delicious local cuisine options, right?

The idea to include a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a stovetop in the studio suite was nice. I liked that there was a handy kitchenette. The staff was very very helpful and wonderfully friendly, the bathroom was big. The location was unbeatable for me, very close to the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at Maani Hotel! The hotel was spotless and had modern facilities. The receptionist, Mr. Osama, was kind and polite. The pool and spa were great, and we loved our king room with a pool view. The housekeeping staff, Mohammed and Jasmine, were friendly and surprised us with a lovely room arrangement. The restaurant staff were also very kind, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My kids enjoyed the kids club with Ms. Halima. The hotel's location, just 10 minutes from the Boulevard Mall, was convenient.

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit and the business facilities, such as the meeting rooms and ballroom which can accommodate up to 900 people, were excellent. The restaurant also provided a convenient option for dining during my stay.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center where I could handle administrative tasks and print documents.

Well-equipped rooms had a mini bar fridge, a microwave, and coffee and tea making facilities. It looked out to swimming pool.

Excellent modern room, climate control, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV were appreciated. The setting of hotel was particularly good, very close to the airport. Helpful staff at the reception desk, and facilities were amazing here.

Helpful staff and excellent rooms, we had a really really nice experience. The location very close to the airport was awesome and perfect for us. Plus, it was adjacent to the mall located in Seeb, Orimi boulevard and the mosque. In the restaurant they served international cuisine dishes.
